The Beginning

Entering our 11th year of publication, Baby & Children's Product News is the only trade publication dedicated to the needs of the juvenile retailer, whether that is a "big box" store, department store or an independent juvenile boutique store. Published by Publishing & Marketing Solutions, Inc., the magazine was founded by Lori Fisk-Conners and Nanci P. Gregg, who remain its owners today. We have each been involved in magazine publishing since college and have worked together since 1990. 

Our Story

Ours is the most powerful & cost effective trade magazine in the juvenile products industry in the country. We also reach foreign juvenile retailers. Published bi-monthly, Baby & Children's Product News is mailed to 20,000 juvenile product retailers and has bonus distribution at a variety of national shows and regional markets of interest to juvenile retailers. There is no cost to pick up Baby & Children's Product News in the media bins at national trade shows & markets. With this distribution in additional to our constantly honed list of juvenile shops & buyers that receive the magazine by mail, we ensure that our advertisers get their marketing message into the hands of the juvenile retailers they seek for pennies per contact.

Where our Hearts Are

We don't talk much about our work in the community, but we are actively involved with and sponsor a number or organizations including Kids in Distressed Situations, Dignity U Wear, the Nashville St. Jude Dream Home (we are their exclusive print media partner), Big Brothers & Big Sisters, The Asthma Foundation, Habitat for Humanity, The Lupus Foundation, Boys & Girls Club, Second Harvest Food Bank and our local Graceworks.  Product samples received by Baby & Children's Product News, after being carefully reviewed for product quality, are donated to charities which use the proceeds to feed & care for children worldwide.
