Highlights from NYC Baby & Kids Fair exhibitors.
• Boon has a super cool, contemporary aesthetic and is a brand best known for their popular Frog Pod Bath toy/organizer. At the show, they presented several clever wall display/organizers Curl, Peek and Snag, as well as Grass, a countertop drying rack.
• Chi Chi Baby and Picture Frames by Posh Pics were two exhibitors showing fresh baby and kid options. Chi Chi Baby exhibited trendy, embellished baby bottles that are unlike anything else on the market. Picture Frames by Posh Pics displayed hand-made frames with delicate crackled paint finishes, bows, and other unusual embellishments.
• The Bomb Mom showed clever and stylish shirts for moms that do everything with flair.
• Brett Klisch’s timely company Belly Buds had its NY launch at the NYC Kids and Baby Fair. The company's innovative product features a special sound system which sends music waves into a mommy-to-be’s tummy so babies in utero can hear iPhone selections – or grandma and grampa on the phone for the first time.
• Judith Frey, founder of JudiZuzu, also launched her company at 7 W. She makes one-of-a-kind tables/toy boxes that are hand-painted and constructed in the US. Consumers can order them with 1-4 painted sides.
• Sleeping Partners showed its popular Moses Baskets/Gift Sets perfect for shower gifts and newborns.
• Mike Monaghan showed his brand new, clever, and versatile toy entitled First Toddle. This innovative system has 6+ configurations that grow with the child. Starting as a play gym for an infant, First Toddle then can become a tent, basket-ball hoop, and soccer goal. • Pinkaxel, at the company's first market, showed groovy rock couture hats with pink motorcycles, peace signs, cars, crosses, and skeletons.
• Loretta Schneider of Larrivo displayed her sexy stretchy sleepware for mommys-to-be and new moms in bold modern patterns and colors.
• Paulette Zazzara of Primo demonstrated the versatile bathing/changing table that can be wheeled into any room in the house. Primo is a well-known and trusted manufacturer of baby tubs and gear and this is the newest introduction into their popular line.
• Mimijumi, another innovator, showed its recently launched baby bottle that closely mimics the shape of a mother’s nipple to ensure early bonding and ease for mothers as they start to wean.
