 Igloo Island was started by Sandra Stollar and her two daughters because they couldn’t find clothing for young girls and tweens that looked good, felt comfortable, and were age-appropriate.
Igloo Island designs dresses, skirts, tops, skirt buddies, sweats, and more. All of the styles are kid-tested by the girls and their friends.
Stollar has nearly 20 years experience in the garment industry and Igloo Island offers clothing for girls XS-XL (4-6x, 7-14). She has worked closely with leading factories to source materials that are high-quality, comfortable, fun, and even environmentally friendly, such as bamboo.
Shown is a dress featuring black and white stripes and dots in a ruffle hemmed dress made of 94 percent cotton and six percent spandex. Suggested retail price for the dress ranges from $69 to $79. Other pieces range from $13 to $150 (suggested retail).
